ARTISTS

The artists are carefully selected by Give Art. They are often young and emerging artists who have already achieved a degree of success critically and /or commercially. Our artists come from an excellent pedigree in terms of art schools, experience and other gallery representation.

You may wonder how we choose our artists? We do a lot of research by looking at art in exhibitions, fairs, shows, studios, musuems and anywhere and everywhere we can find it. Nothing beats looking and it gives you a feel for good quality works. We also choose art works we love!

We require the work and/or artist to demonstrate at least one of these qualities : technical ability, exploration of new boundaries, affordability and accessibility, professionalism, participation in exhibitions, biennials, residencies, shows and prizes, originality and vision, pure beauty, humour, a social or political perspective or a fresh way of looking at the world.

If you love an artist that doesn't appear in our gallery, do contact us and we will do our best to source the art work for you and/or commission a piece. We aim to work with our artists on an ongoing basis, so do contact us if you have specific requests.
